Looking for an activity or an opportunity for your 8th-12th grader?
Rowing may be just what you’re seeking!
We know that many people experience obstacles to participating in rowing such as lack of funds or transportation to a boathouse. Many Seattleites don’t swim or don’t trust water-based activities. And yes, many people don’t see themselves represented by the culture of water sports. Rainier Valley Rowing wants to change that!
Program cost is low (sliding scale $10-120 per season). Financial aid is available, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
